As part of our wider growth plan and following a successful office move at the end of 2023, BrandOpus are delighted to start 2024 with the announcement of a variety of new hires across the agency, including Zaina Muir as Managing Director, UK.
Zaina Muir
Zaina Muir has joined BrandOpus as our first UK Managing Director. Zaina joins us from a prolific 11 year tenure at Bloom, the last 2 years as CEO. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the UK office, working closely with CEO Nir Wegrzyn and the business heads to achieve strategic objectives, and to drive our continued growth. Following the appointment of Zaina, BrandOpus CEO Nir Wegrzyn will continue his focus on the strategic direction and financial progress of the business.
Nir Wegrzyn comments, “this is a significant move for us at BrandOpus; hiring a managing director from outside the company and creating such a senior role in our London office. I am thrilled that we have Zaina joining the team and am excited to see the impact that Zaina will have on the company”.
New Hires
In other hiring news, we are excited with the recent addition of Neal Colyer who joins us as Creative Director of Brand Ambition to enable us to better serve our clients’ needs across visual identity, innovation and brand experience. With over 35 years’ experience in the creative industry, Neal has delivered award-winning advertising campaigns for the likes of Haribo, Dove and Zoflora.
This continues to build on our growing teams & skillsets with the recently expanded strategy team on both sides of the Atlantic with John Matthews, Senior Strategy Director, in the UK and Chris Ertel, Strategy Director, in the US.
EOT
As a proudly independent agency, BrandOpus is an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). All employees are active partners who are invested in seeing BrandOpus succeed. We pride ourselves on collaboration which means that we encourage our team to work from the office 5 days a week, providing flexibility where necessary. This flexibility includes the final Friday of every month as a company-wide day off.
New Office
In November, BrandOpus moved into its new headquarters, located in Shoreditch, London. Our space boasts 3 floors with ample meeting rooms and a spacious town hall that has already proved itself as an event space, and provides a welcome hub for our team to collaborate and brainstorm.
