LondonStrategist
We are looking for a Strategist who thinks sharply, questions instinctively, and cares deeply about brands and the role they play in culture and business.
This is not a passive role. You will be in the work, shaping it. You will partner with creatives, influence clients, and help define how brands show up in the world. You will move fluidly between rigour and intuition, between analysis and imagination.
You will join a global strategy team working across iconic brands and ambitious challengers. The expectation is simple: make brands more meaningful, more unmistakable, and more effective.
The role in a bit more detail:
This is a varied and busy role, and you'll be required to:
- Build brand strategies that connect commercial reality with cultural relevance
- Turn complexity into clear, compelling narratives that inspire creative work
- Interrogate briefs, reframe problems, and push thinking further
- Bring a design-literate perspective to strategy, understanding how ideas live in the world
- Use data, research, and emerging tools including AI to uncover fresh insight
- Contribute to client relationships with confidence and clarity
- Stay close to culture, spotting shifts and translating them into opportunity
What we’re looking for:
You are curious, restless, and opinionated in the right way. You care about the craft of strategy and the impact of ideas.
- Experience in brand strategy, ideally within a brand identity or design-led agency
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distil complex thinking into simple, powerful ideas
- Design literacy and an understanding of how brands behave beyond words
- Digital fluency and an active interest in how technology, platforms, and AI are shaping brands
- A genuine fascination with consumer behaviour, culture, and business dynamics
- Confidence working with clients and collaborating across disciplines
- A mindset that balances logic and creativity, rigour and instinct
