In a nutshell…

We’re actively recruiting a sharp thinking, proactive Senior Client Manager to join our busy, friendly and hard-working Client Services team in London.

The role in a bit more detail:

As the Senior Client Manager you will lead a variety of projects and client accounts from FMCG, to corporate, across both famous brands and challengers. You are a partner and friend to your clients and build great relationships across different levels both internally and externally. You’ll think strategically and solve challenges as they are presented, working with your Client Director to grow the client accounts.

What we’re looking for:

Fantastic project management, a passion for branding, with the ability to drive projects through from the very beginning to completion.

An established Client Manager or Senior Client Manager who loves to get stuck in with a willingness to grow and learn, and is keen to be part of the thinking, not just the doing.

A great communicator, excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. You’ll enjoy working closely with the wider team and the different departments in the agency.

Someone who is keen to upskill, develop and work as part of a tightknit Client Services team, managing both upwards and downwards.

You’re cool-headed when it comes to dealing with tricky situations, and you don’t mind juggling plates – you’re a real team player!

You are highly engaged in the world of branding and marketing, taking a keen interest in industry news and broader cultural shifts, to bring interesting perspectives and added value to your work.

The nitty gritty

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working in a branding or design agency – ideally with some FMCG client experience
  • Experience working on strategic projects
  • Experience in negotiating budgets, managing project finances and forecasting
  • Ability to grow strong relationships with clients
