LondonCreative Director
We’re actively recruiting for a sharp and highly skilled Creative to join our London studio.
The role in a bit more detail:
As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading, creating and inspiring brand design projects that require fame-driving, award-winning brand world experience ideas and execution.
You will work to nurture and grow the Creative team in the UK, building morale, overseeing and leading work that makes brands magnetic.
Working closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Executive Creative Director, you’ll also be responsible for contributing to the growth of the business by inspiring and engaging with clients – both existing and prospective, leading pitch creative and acting as an agency spokesperson.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who can confidently run projects through to completion while leading a team, who has the ability to clearly, definitively and compellingly communicate ideas, and present to clients, while building trust.
- As Creative Director, you will think about more than just your client and the project, taking ownership and directing work that delivers the BrandOpus philosophy, and you have the ability to work across brand identity projects that span different categories; from FMCG/CPG to retail to financial to lifestyle.
- We’re looking for someone who is a strong strategic thinker with a clear creative point of view, who has the authority and experience to present creative ideas with confidence and credibility, as well as acting as an ambassador for what we do, both inside the agency and out.
- The ideal candidate is constantly curious and will have a passion for unearthing the unexpected, acting as an inspiration and motivator to their team, with an entrepreneurial outlook that sees us always learning and developing, pushing creative capability further for themselves and the wider team.
- In addition, we’re looking for someone with the ability to explore and shape a diverse range of creative ideas that align with our brand experience approach.

The nitty gritty
- Ideally 10+ years of experience, fantastic knowledge of FMCG, the world of branding and design, and the ability to see how this can be expanded to a brand experience offering
- Comfortable working globally with our US and Australian teams
- Excellent presenting skills, able to articulate ideas in a persuasive way both internally and externally
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels and work closely with Client Services to manage these relationships
- Well-established in the industry with a strong network
- Ability to effectively run a creative department – taking the emotional temperature, nurturing and supporting while driving and delegating to ensure work is done on time, on budget and the team are motivated and growing
- Actively engaged in driving business forward to ensure long-term growth for yourself, your team, and the company as a whole
