Client Manager - New York

In a nutshell…

We’re actively recruiting a sharp thinking, proactive Client Manager to join our dynamic and passionate Client Services Team in our New York studio.

The role in a bit more detail:

As the Client Manager you will lead a variety of projects and client accounts from CPG, to corporate, both famous brands and challengers. You are a partner and friend to your clients and build great relationships across different levels, working with our global teams in New York and London. You’ll think strategically and solve challenges as they are presented, working with your Business Director and the wider team to grow the client accounts, and getting involved with New Business and pitches when needed.

What we’re looking for:

Fantastic project management, a passion for branding, with the ability to drive projects through from the very beginning to completion.

An established Client Manager who loves to get stuck in with a willingness to grow and learn, and is a great communicator, with excellent attention to detail and organization skills. You’ll enjoy working closely with the wider team and the different departments in the agency.

You’re cool-headed when it comes to dealing with tricky situations, and you don’t mind juggling plates – from taking shelf shots to creating project timelines, writing briefs and presentations or coordinating meetings across timezones and with clients across the US – you’ll get stuck in as a real team player.

You are highly engaged in the world of branding and marketing, taking a keen interest in industry news and broader cultural shifts, to bring interesting perspectives and added value to your work.

Why you should come and work with us…

We’re passionate about making brands mean more and we do that by changing the way people feel about brands. We all have a vested interest in the business (we are an Employee Owned Trust so we all have a stake in our success) – we work hard and challenge ourselves to create the best work possible, but we look after each other along the way. There are lots of perks and we genuinely love what we do.

This is an opportunity to be part of our busy and friendly New York studio, which has the support of our established global offices in London and Chicago. You’ll get plenty of hands-on experience and opportunities to inform and build meaningful and effective creative work.
