Client Manager - London
In a nutshell…
We’re actively recruiting a sharp thinking, proactive Client Manager to join our dynamic and passionate Client Services Team in our London studio.
The role in a bit more detail:
As the Client Manager you are our clients’ day to day contact across a variety of projects and client accounts from FMCG, to corporate, both famous brands and challengers. You build great relationships with your clients and also the internal teams and are the go to person who always knows what’s going on and what stage a project is at.
What we’re looking for:
Curiosity about the world and a passion for branding, with the ability to drive projects through from the very beginning to completion.
Someone who loves to get stuck in with a willingness to grow and learn, and is keen to be part of the thinking, not just the doing.
A great communicator with fantastic project management, attention to detail and organisation skills. You’ll enjoy working closely with the wider team and the different departments in the agency.
You’re cool-headed when it comes to dealing with tricky situations, and you don’t mind juggling plates – you’re a real team player!
Why you should come work with us…
We’re passionate about making brands mean more and we do that by changing the way people feel about brands. We all have a vested interest in the business (we are an Employee Owned Trust so we all have a stake in our success) – we work hard and challenge ourselves to create the best work possible, but we look after each other along the way. There are lots of perks and we genuinely love what we do.
This is an opportunity to be part of a busy and friendly team. You’ll get plenty of hands-on experience and opportunities to inform and build meaningful and effective creative work.
