Nir is the founding partner and CEO of BrandOpus. He believes in a new approach to brand design and his vision for the agency is to apply this, transforming the brands he works with and enrich the commerciality of each client through the application of creativity where it matters.
Nir’s career spans 30 years in advertising and brand design at agencies such as FCB, Publicis, Lintas and JKR. Prior to that he studied in Israel and Switzerland, and gained an MBA in London.
Nir is a regular media contributor, and is a guest lecturer at London Business School on the topic of branding. When not hard at work, he is an avid supporter of Tottenham football club, keen reader of psychology and has an unlimited amount of strong views on almost everything!

Paul is a founding partner and Executive Creative Director at BrandOpus. He is responsible for the overall creative output across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Paul's obsession with graphics started early, and at age 16 he already had his mind set on a career in design, which officially began in 1995 when he joined JKR having graduated from his degree course. Eleven years later he had established himself as a senior design director and was ready for the challenge of setting up a new agency.
Paul is immensely proud of the growth that BrandOpus has achieved in the few years since founding, and growing the team of talented individuals that continue to challenge the agency thinking and produce exciting creative work.
He is driven by the opportunity to work with new clients and team members who continue to challenge the way he thinks, fuel a deeper understanding of how brands work in the world, and how he can harness imagination and creativity in ways that deliver commercial success for the agency’s clients.
An avid supporter of Leeds United, being born and raised in West Yorkshire, Paul has recently had to realign his loyalties slightly, purchasing a Charlton Athletic season ticket under pressure from his young son.

John is a founding partner and Creative Director at BrandOpus. He is responsible for the delivery of the creative output across a diverse portfolio of brands in London studio, and the shaping of the design team.
Throughout school the only thing that held John’s attention was drawing, much to the frustration of his teachers. After graduating in graphic design from the highly regarded Norwich School of Art and Design, John spent the first seven years of his career as a designer at JKR. He worked very closely with Paul Taylor during this time, and when the opportunity came up to reteam at a new agency, John seized the opportunity to help launch BrandOpus.
John is proudest of the agency’s talented and ever growing creative team, and the best part of his role is seeing designers develop and produce work that consistently continues to impress.
He is a regular media contributor on the topic of brand design and a (not so secretive) heavy metal fan. He tries to get to as many gigs as possible, however since he became a dad he finds himself listening more to the Peppa Pig theme tune, Annie and the Now That’s What I Call Nursery Rhymes on his own iPad that his young daughter regularly hijacks.

Louise is Business Development Director at BrandOpus, responsible for the growth of our client base.
After graduating from Sheffield University with a History degree she travelled for 18 months and then began a career in branding design working on the Unilever business. Louise, along with the other founding partners, joined Nir to set up BrandOpus in 2007. Over the last seven years she has been instrumental in helping grow the business and the account management team, before moving into her current role.

Lisa is the Finance Director who has over 20 years’ experience in finance, 8 years as a Finance Director within creative agencies, RMG Connect, JWT and G2 Joshua.
She qualified with a degree in Mathematics and continued her studies to qualify as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse. Since then she has had finance roles within media, retail and creative agencies, including roles at GAP and Warner Bros.
Lisa joined Brand Opus in Sept 2013 to head up the finance function and offer operational and strategic support.
When Lisa isn’t at work she has her hands full at home with 3 young children, but when she gets time loves running. She also loves travelling and one of her latest jaunts was a tour of Italy in a campervan.

Leo is an Associate Partner and Strategy Director at BrandOpus. He is responsible for overall relationship and strategic direction of a variety of clients, and is responsible for the management and development of an ever-growing client services team active across his accounts.
Leo has been fascinated by brands since childhood, and after graduating from the University of Manchester he joined BrandOpus in 2007 during the agency’s early life. Through shared ambition and commitment he rose swiftly to become an Associate Partner four years later. In 2012 Leo (was) seconded to Australia to open the agency’s first overseas office in Melbourne.
Having spent time living in Costa Rica, Brazil, and Cuba, and with a degree in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies, he has a keen interest in emerging markets, and cross-cultural communications. When Leo is not in the studio he can be found anywhere between South London and South America, but you are most likely to find him on Sunday mornings wandering around Brixton Market with his dog.
