Avril Tooley

Avril is a founding partner and Client Services Director at BrandOpus. Responsible for overall client satisfaction and development, she is supported by a 15-strong team.
Her career began in 1999 when she joined advertising agency, Ogilvy & Mather working on the GSK brands, Lucozade & Oxy. In 2002 she moved from advertising into design to be more closely involved with the development and creation of brands, joining JKR. Four years later, as an Account Director responsible for Bacardi, Hovis and Sharwood's, Avril jumped at the opportunity to set up a new agency.
Since co-founding BrandOpus in 2006, Avril and the five other partners have led the company to become the 10th biggest packaging agency in the UK, winning a range of awards, most notably a gold Design Effectiveness Award in 2011.
Avril is best known for her addiction to online clothes shopping and her ever extending shoe collection that sits under her desk. When she's not sporting a pair of heels she can be found in her flats running through the streets and parks of north-west London.
